6 athletes competed in Kent City on Saturday in warm conditions.
The 4x800 relay team of Camden Moore, Lucian Caspari, Adam Williams and Gavin Guggemos took 8th for all state honors with a season's best time.
Guggemos also placed 13th in the 1600 & 17th in the 3200, moving up several spots from where he was initially seeded in each event.
Anabelle Horton cleared 4'8" at opening height, and went on to jump 4'10", placing 19th in the high jump with a PR
Ava Ivkovich ran her 3rd fastest time of the season for 24th in the 100.
This has been an excellent season for Kalkaska Track and Field, and athletes should know that your coaches appreciate all of the hard work you've put in. Thanks for your effort and for representing your school and community well.
